摘要
安徽华电芜湖发电有限公司汽轮机安全监视(TSI)系统中存在直流24 V电源模块温度过高以及振动传感器延长线插头接触不良等问题,通过分析,提出了更换高稳定性电源模块、优化传感器接头方式以及分散布置振动测点等措施,提高了TSI系统测量和保护的可靠性。
In the turbine supervisory instruments(TSI)of Anhui Huadian Wuhu Power Generation Company Limited,there are problems such as excessive temperature of DC power supply module and poor contact with the extension plug of vibration sensor.Through analysis,replacement with a more stable power supply module,optimization of the sensor connector and dispersing the arrangement of vibration measuring points are proposed,which improves the reliability of measurement and protects of the TSI system.
