血府逐瘀汤治疗急性心肌梗死后心绞痛的临床分析

Clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in treatment of angina pectoris after acute myocardial infarction

目的分析血府逐瘀汤用于治疗急性心肌梗死后心绞痛的临床治疗方法以及其效果。方法选取2015年11月-2016年12月我院收治的急性心肌梗死后心绞痛患者68例,按照随机数字分类的方式分为观察组和对照组各34例,在观察组患者治疗过程中对其增加血府逐瘀汤进行治疗,对照组患者应用常规西医疗法进行药物治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗有效率。结果观察组患者治疗有效率明显高于对照组,心绞痛发病次数及持续时间明显少于对照组,数据显示统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论将血府逐瘀汤用于急性心肌梗死后心绞痛患者的临床治疗中,具有良好的效用,能够降低患者心绞痛发病次数以及持续时间,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of angina pectoris after acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 68 patients with angina pectoris after acute myocardial infarction who were admitted to our hospital from November 2015 to December 2016 were enrolled and divided into observation group and control group using a random number table, with 34 patients in each group. The patients in the observation group were given Xuefu Zhuyu decoction during standard treatment, and those in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment. The clinical response rate was compared between groups. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had a significantly higher response rate, a significantly lower number of angina pectoris attacks, and a significantly shorter duration of attacks（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu decoction has a good clinical effect in the treatment of angina pectoris after acute myocardial infarction and can reduce the number and duration of angina pectoris attacks. Therefore, it holds promise for clinical application.
