摘要
目的:探讨医护合作培训器官移植专科护士的效果。方法:运用柯氏模型对参加医护合作培训器官移植专科护士的82名学员进行培训效果评估。结果:反应层,学员对医护合作培训方式满意率高;学习层,不同学历、专科工作年限学员的理论、操作及综述考试成绩比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);行为层,不同学历及全体学员在专科能力各维度得分比较,不同专科工作年限学员在教学指导能力和科研能力两维度得分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);结果层,全体学员技术职称比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:器官移植专科护士培训取得较好效果,有助于器官移植专科护士专业化水平的提高。
Objective: To explore the effect of medical cooperation training for organ transplant specialist nurses. Methods: Kirkpatrick Model was used to evaluate the training effect of 82 trainees who participated in organ transplant training. Results: In the reaction layer,the participants have a high satisfaction rate with the medical cooperation training method. The learning level,the theoretical,operational and summary test scores of the students with different academic qualifications and specialist years of work were statistically significant( P〈0. 05); In the behavior level,different academic qualifications and all the students in the specialized ability of each dimension score and different professional years of students in teaching guidance ability and scientific research ability of the two dimensions score compared,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05); At the result level,the technical titles of all the students were compared,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The training of specialized nurses for organ transplantation has achieved good results,which is helpful to improve the professional level of specialized nurses for organ transplantation.
