摘要 [目的]探明皖东牛母牛体重与体尺性状的发育规律。[方法]分别测定0月龄、3月龄、6月龄、12月龄、24月龄、36月龄和48月龄共174头皖东牛能繁母牛的体重和体尺性状,采用Duncan’s法进行各阶段体尺性状的差异显著性比较。选用非线性logistics模型拟合皖东母牛体重的累计生长过程。[结果]表明皖东牛母牛在24月龄前体重处于快速增长阶段。皖东母牛体重的非线性Logistics模型方程式为Y=398.652(1+6.779e-0.120t),拐点体重为199.33kg,拐点月龄为15.95月龄。 [Objective]To explore the growth and development pattern of body weight and body measurements traits in Wandong cows.[Method]A total of 174 Wandong cows were selected,including birth,3-month old,6-month old,12-month old,24-month old,36-month old and 48-month old cows,respectively.Body weight and body size traits of selected cows were measured.Duncan's method was used to compare the body weight and body size traits of cows at various stages,as well as to test the significant differences of stage.The nonlinear Logistic model was used to fit the cumulative growth process of body weight.[Results]The results showed that the body weight of Wandong cows was increasing rapidly before 24-month old.The nonlinear Logistic model of Wandong cows was Y=398.652(1+6.779 e-0.120 t),and the inflexion of body weight was 199.33 kg as well as the age was 15.95 months.
