多产母犊冻精的应用效果试验

Application Test of Prolific Female Calf Frozen Semen

通过对种公牛睾丸进行连续的药物处理,采集其精液,制成多产母犊冻精,通过应用试验,情期受胎率达到72.2%,母犊率76.9%。而且后裔13月龄时测试其体重、胸围、体斜长等,与普通冻精后裔基本一致(P>0.05)。

Through the continuous drug treatment of the testes of bull,the semen was collected to produce prolific female calf semen.According to the application test,the conception rate of the female calf frozen semen was 72.2%,and the female calf birth rate was 76.9%.The conception rate was little difference between treated and common frozen semen,but the female calf birth rate was 29% higher.And the weight,chest circumference and body length of 13 month old descendants were tested,consistent with ordinary frozen semen（P〉0.05）.
