Development of the Whole Industry Chain of Beef Cattle in Shandan County

山丹县发展畜牧业历史悠久,特别是牛羊养殖久负盛名,有得天独厚的自然条件和优势,生产的牛肉产品因品质优良而深受广大消费者欢迎,群众养殖肉牛积极性高涨,肉牛产业发展势头强劲,牧草种植基地、肉类屠宰加工企业、肉牛养殖粪污资源化利用等相关产业跟进发展,形势良好,肉牛全产业链基本建成。通过对本县肉牛全产业链建设基本情况、存在的问题等的调查研究,针对存在的问题,提出了下一步发展措施及工作重点、建议,并形成调研报告,仅供同仁参考。

Shandan county has a long history of animal husbandry,especially cattle and sheep breeding.Due to their high quality,the produced beef products were well received by consumers.In addition,the enthusiasm of the masses for raising beef cattle is high,and the beef cattle industry is developing strongly.Meanwhile,the related industries,such as pasture planting bases,meat slaughtering and processing enterprises,have followed up and developed in a good situation.The whole industrial chain of beef cattle has been basically completed.Herein,through the investigation on the basic situation and problems of the whole industry chain of beef cattle,the next development measures,work priorities and suggestions were put forward,to provide the reference for development of cattle industry.
