新生儿早期基础保健对产妇分娩体验的影响研究

Study on the effect of early neonatal basic health care on maternal delivery experience

目的探讨新生儿早期基础保健(Early Essential Newborn Care,EENC)对产妇分娩体验的影响。方法选择2017年2月~2018年2月在本院进行分娩的产妇120例,根据时间点不同分为对照组(2017年2月~2017年8月)和观察组(2017年8月~2018年2月),每组60例。对照组为EENC实施前采用常规方法进行干预,观察组为EENC实施后采用EENC,两组均进行保健干预,保健完毕后对产妇分娩体检效果进行评估,比较两组娩出后并发症发生率及满意度。结果观察组EENC实施后1个月新生儿肺炎、皮肤黏膜感染、高胆红素血症、产后出血发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇分娩体验完毕后满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将新生儿早期基础保健用于产妇分娩中能提高产妇分娩体验满意度,降低娩出后并发症发生率,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of eaxly neonatal basic care （EENC） on maternal delivery experience. Methods A total of 120 women who gave birth in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected and divided into the control group （February 2017 to Au- gust 2017） and the observation group （August 2017 to February 2018）, 60 cases in each group. The control group was intervened by the conventional method before the implementation of EENC. The observation group was treated with EENC after the implementation of EENC. The two groups were all treated with health care. After the completion of the health care, the effect of maternal delivery was evaluated. The incidence of complications after delivery and the satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of neonatal pneumonia, skin mucosal infection, hyperbili- rubinemia and postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group 1 month after the implementation of EENC. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The maternal delivery experience in the observation group After completion, the satisfactionrate was 96.67%, which was higher than that of the control group （83.33%）. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of early neonatal basic care for maternal delivery can improve the satisfaction of maternal delivery experience and reduce the incidence of com- plications after delivery. It is worthy of popularization and application.
