超声乳化联合房角分离术治疗急性闭角型青光眼的临床分析

目的观察分析超声乳化联合房角分离术治疗急性闭角型青光眼的临床疗效。方法选取湖南省桃源县人民医院2015年1月~2016年1月接收的60例急性闭角型青光眼患者为研究对象,按照是否给予超声乳化联合房角分离术治疗将所有患者均分为实验组与对照组,对照组30例患者给予小梁切除术治疗,实验组30例患者给予超声乳化联合房角分离术治疗治疗,观察比较两组患者预后情况。结果实验组患者术后最佳矫正视力、眼压均明显优于对照组,实验组患者术后眼房角重新开放例数明显多于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于急性闭角型青光眼给予超声乳化联合房角分离术治疗可有效提高个体最佳矫正视力,安全性高。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of phacoemulsification combined with angle separation in the treatment of acute angle closure glaucoma. Methods In the People＇s Hospital of Taoyuan County from January 2015 to January 2016 received 60 cases of acute angle closure glaucoma patients as the research object, according to whether the given phacoemulsification combined with real angle dissection for all patients were divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases in the control group were treated with trabeculectomy for treatment, 30 patients in experiment group phacoemulsification and give real angle dissection for treatment, observe the prognosis of two groups were compared. Results The postoperative best corrected visual acuity, intraocular pressure were significantly better than the control group, the experimental group of patients with postoperative eye angle to re-open the number of cases were higher than that of control group, complications of patients in the experi- mental group was significantly lower than the control group, statistically significant difference between the two groups in the data （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of acute angle closure glaucoma with phacoemulsification combined with angle separation can effectively improve the best corrected visual acuity and have high safety.
