前牙残根牙冠延长术后冠修复的临床效果分析

Clinical analysis of postoperative crown restoration with anterior teeth crown extension

目的探讨前牙残根牙冠延长术后冠修复的临床效果。方法选取本院2014年6月~2016年5月诊治的33例前牙残根患者作为研究对象,患牙共60颗,所有患者均采用牙冠延长术后冠修复治疗方案,观察治疗效果。结果治疗后患者的龈沟出血指数、菌斑指数、松动度均明显改善,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后6周和12周患者延长出的冠高度均明显高于治疗后2周,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前所有患者美学评价均为ClassⅡ类,经过治疗,ClassⅡ~Ⅰ55颗,占比为91.67%,ClassⅡ~Ⅰ(化妆)5颗,占比为8.33%。结论前牙残根牙冠延长术后冠修复治疗方案安全有效,不仅可以满足患者的进食需求,还可以满足美学需求,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of anterior teeth root crown extension after crown restoration. Methods A total of 33 pa- tients with anterior teeth from June 2014 to May 2016 were enrolled in this study. The total number of teeth was 60. All patients underwent postopera- tive crown restoration treatment with crown extension to observe the therapeutic effect. Results After treatment, the sulcus bleeding index, plaque index and looseness of the patients were significantly improved, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The height of the crown was extended at 6 and 12 weeks after treatment. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The aesthetic evaluation of all patients before treatment was Class II. After treatment, Class Ⅱ-Ⅰ 55, accounting for 91.67%, Class Ⅱ-Ⅰ （makeup） 5, accounting for 8.33%. Conclusion The anterior cruciate crown extension is safe and effective after treatment. It can not only meet the dietary needs of patients, but also meet the aesthetic needs and has important clinical application value.
