摘要
目的探讨细节优化护理对初产妇产后母乳喂养、康复及抑郁情绪的影响。方法将2016年8月~2017年9月江西安义县人民医院接收的94例初产妇随机分成观察组与对照组,各47例。对照组给予产后常规护理,观察组则给予产后细节优化护理,比较两组产妇产后各指标情况、纯母乳喂养率及产后感染率的差异。结果观察组产妇产后泌乳时间、产后康复时间、住院时间均比对照组短,产后抑郁评分比对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇产后纯母乳喂养率为93.62%,明显高于对照组68.09%的喂养率,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇产后感染率为2.13%,明显低于对照组17.02%的感染率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对初产妇进行产后细节优化护理,能够显著提高产妇母乳喂养率,促进产妇产后康复,缓解产妇产后抑郁情绪。
Objective To investigate the effect of detailed optimization nursing on postpartum breastfeeding, rehabilitation and depression in primipara.Methods A total of 94 primiparas received by the People' s Hospital of Anyi County, Jiangxi Province from August 2016 to September 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given postpartum routine care, and the observation groupwas given postpartum details to optimize the nursing. The differences between the two groups of postpartum indicators, exclusive breastfeeding rate and postpartum infection rate were compared. Results The postpartum lactation time, postpartum recovery time and hospitalization time were lower in the observation group than in the control group. The postpartum depression score was lower than that in the control group (P〈0.05). The postpartum exclusive breastfeeding rate in the observation group was 93.62% was significantly higher than the 68.09% feeding rate of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The postpartum infection rate of the observation group was 2.13%, which was significantly lower than the infection rate of 17.02% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Optimizing the postpartum details of primipara women can significantly increase the maternal breastfeeding rate, promote postpartum rehabilitation, and alleviate maternalpostpartum depression.
