干预性预冲与标准预冲在无肝素血液透析患者中的应用效果分析

目的分析干预性预冲与标准预冲在无肝素血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法收集江西省萍乡市人民医院2017年6月~2017年12月收治的30例血液透析(HD)患者,分为研究组和对照组各15例。对照组采用标准预冲,研究组采用干预性预冲。比较两组患者透析管、透析器的凝血情况、肾功能以及Kt/V值的差异。结果研究组患者透析管、透析器的凝血情况比对照组好,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的C反应蛋白(CRP)、三酰甘油(TG)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)、尿微量蛋白(mALB)指标比较,差异无统计学意义,治疗后研究组患者上述指标低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组Kt/V值高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论干预性预冲可有效改善HD患者的凝血情况以及肾功能,效果确切。

Objective To analyze the effect of interventional pre-flushing and standard pre-flushing in heparin-free hemodialysis patients.Methods Thirty patients with hemodialysis （HD） admitted to Pingxiang People＇ s Hospital of Jiangxi Province from June 2017 to December 2017 were enrolled. The study group and control group were divided into 15 cases. The control group was treated with standard pre-flush and the study group was treated with interventional pre-flush. The differences in clotting, renal function, and Kt/V values between the two groups of dialysis tubes and dialyzers were compared. Results The clotting conditions of the dialysis tube and dialyzer in the study group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There were no significant differences in C-reactive protein （CRP）, triglyceride （TG）, urea nitrogen （BUN）, creatinine （Scr）, and urinary microprotein （mALB） between the two groups. After treatment, the above indexes of the study group were lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The Kt/V value of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Interventional pre-flush can effectively improve the clotting status and renal function of patients with HD.
