醒脑静注射液对大面积高血压脑出血术后患者NO、IGF-1水平的影响

Effect of xingnaojing injection on the levels of NO and IGF-1 in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

目的探讨醒脑静注射液对大面积高血压脑出血术后患者NO、IGF-1水平的影响。方法选取本院2015年1月~2017年1月收治的80例大面积高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象,根据治疗药物不同分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。观察组给予葡萄糖注射液联合醒脑静注射液治疗,对照组单纯给予葡萄糖注射液治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、胰岛素一号增长因(IGF-1)表达水平、一氧化氮(NO)表达水平。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率87.50%明显高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后IGF-1、NO表达水平明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静注射液可促进高血压脑出血治疗效果,提高患者血清IGF-1、NO表达水平,促进患者预后,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xingnaojing injection on the levels of NO and IGF-1 in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Eighty patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted from the First People’s Hospital of Yancheng City （January 2015 to January 2017） were selected as the study subjects. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the differences of therapeutic drugs, Each group 40 cases. The observation group were given glucose injection combined with xingnaojing injection, the control group was treated with glucose injection alone. The clinical efficacy, IGF-1 expression, nitric oxide （NO） expression and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of clinical observation in observation group was 87.50%,which was significantly higher than that in control group （75.00%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; IGF-1,NO expression in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xingnaojing injection can promote the therapeutic effect of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and improve the expression of serum IGF-1 and NO and promote the prognosis of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
