摘要
对新型立体传质塔板——CTST的空间持液量以及影响空间持液量的各个因素进行了研究.得出板孔动能因子、板上清液层高度和液体提升量对空间持液量的影响规律,并作出理论分析.结果表明,CTST的空间持液量随板上清液层高度增加而增加,随板孔动能因子的增加而减少,随液体提升量的增加而增大.把板孔动能因子、板上清液层高度对空间持液量的影响进行关联,用关联结果可以根据操作条件估算实际塔板的空间持液量.
The factors that influence liquid holdup in tray space of Combined Trapezoid Spray Tray were studied. The results were that liquid holdup increases with the increase of clear liquid height and on the contrary decreases with the gas velocity's growing. When liquid lifted quantity increase, liquid holdup increases too. The relevant equation on CTST was attained among liquid holdup, clear liquid height and gas kinetic energy factor in tray hole.
