摘要 目的:探究支气管哮喘儿童外周血免疫指标及炎症因子的表达及检测意义。方法:选择我院收治的支气管哮喘儿童86例作观察组,另选86例健康儿童作对照组。比较分析两组患儿外周血免疫指标水平包括CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、Th1、Th2、Th1/Th2、Th9及Th17,炎症因子指标水平包括干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子-ɑ(TNF-ɑ)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)及白细胞介素-9(IL-9)。结果:观察组CD3^+及CD8^+表达水平较对照组明显降低(P<0.05),CD4^+及CD4^+/CD8^+较对照组明显增加(P<0.05)。观察组Th2、Th9及Th17表达水平较对照组显著增加(P<0.05),Th1及Th1/Th2表达水平较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。观察组TNF-ɑ、IL-17及IL-9表达水平较对照组显著增加(P<0.05),IFN-γ表达水平较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:支气管哮喘儿童外周血免疫指标及炎症因子的表达水平在支气管哮喘疾病的发生发展发挥着重要作用,临床具有推广意义。 Objective: To explore the expression and detection significance of immune markers and inflammatory factors in peripheral blood of children with bronchial asthma. Methods: From March 2015 to January 2017, 86 cases of children with bronchial asthma in our hospital were selected as observation group, and 86 healthy children were selected as control group. The level of peripheral blood immunity included CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 +, CD4 + /CD8 +, Th1, Th2, Th1/Th2, Th9, Th17,and the level of inflammatory factors included interferon-γ (IFN-γ), tumor necrosis factor-ɑ (TNF-ɑ), interleukin-17(IL-17)and interleukin-9 (IL-9) were comopared in the two groups. Results: The expression levels of CD3 + and CD8 + in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P 〈0.05), and the levels of CD4 + and CD4 +/CD8 + were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P 〈0.05). The expression levels of Th2, Th9 and Th17 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P 〈0.05), while the expression levels of Th1 and Th1/Th2 were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P 〈0.05). The expression levels of TNF-ɑ, IL-17 and IL-9 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P 〈0.05), while the expression level of IFN-γ was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion: The expression level of peripheral blood immunity and inflammatory factors in children with bronchial asthma plays an important role in the occurrence of bronchial asthma, and it is of great significance in clinical practice.
