摘要
目的:探讨长期有氧运动对女性骨质疏松患者雌激素水平和骨质成分的影响。方法:选择2017年1月~2018年7月收治的120例女性骨质疏松患者作为观察对象。随机分为3组,实验组、常规治疗组及单纯运动组,各40例。常规组采取补充钙剂及维生素D3治疗,实验组则采取有氧运动疗法+常规方式治疗,单纯运动组采取有氧运动疗法,比较3组治疗前后的雌激素水平及骨密度水平。结果:3组研究对象在治疗前的雌二醇水平间无差异(F=0.0786,P=0.924),在治疗后3个月和6个月时3组间雌二醇水平差异有统计学意义(F=75.604,138.991,P<0.001)。实验组、常规组及单纯运动组在治疗后3个月和6个月时的骨密度水平高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组、常规组及单纯运动组在治疗后3个月和6个月时的雌二醇水平高于治疗前,3组之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:长期保持运动能有效提升女性骨质疏松症患者的雌激素水平,改善患者的骨密度,对预防骨质疏有明显的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of long-term aerobic exercise on estrogen level and bone composition in female patients with osteoporosis. Methods: A total of 120 women with osteoporosis were selected from January 2017 to July 2018. They were randomly divided into three groups by 40 cases separately: the experimental group, the conventional treatment group and the pure exercise group. The routine group was treated with calcium supplement and vitamin D3. The experimental group was treated with aerobic exercise plus routine therapy. The simple exercise group was treated with aerobic exercise. The estrogen level and bone mineral density of the three groups were compared before and after treatment. Results: There was no significant difference in estradiol levels among the three groups before treatment ( F =0.0786, P =0.924), and there was significant difference in estradiol levels between the three groups at 3 and 6 months after treatment ( F =75.604, 138.991, P 〈0.001). The bone mineral density of the experimental group, the routine group and the simple exercise group at 3 months and 6 months after treatment was higher than that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0.05). The levels of estradiol in the experimental group, the routine group and the simple exercise group at 3 and 6 months after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the differences among the three groups were statistically significant ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion: Long-term exercise can effectively improve the estrogen level and bone mineral density of female patients with osteoporosis, and it has an obvious effect on preventing osteoporosis.
