摘要
以硅烷偶联剂KH-560(GPTMS)为前驱体、氨水作催化剂制备硅水溶胶,采用溶胶-凝胶法对染色棉织物进行增深整理。探究了水和氨水用量对溶胶外观、黏度、胶凝时间以及对织物增深效果的影响。通过红外光谱和扫描电镜证实溶胶作用于织物。当n(H_2O)∶n(GPTMS)=3,n(NH4OH)∶n(GPTMS)=0.01时,溶胶澄清均匀,溶胶稳定时间最长,对染色织物增深效果最佳。
Silica sol is prepared with coupling agent KH-560 (GPTMS) as a precursor and ammonium hy- droxide as a catalyst, and then deepening color finishing on cotton dyeings by sol-gel method is carried out. The effects of water and ammonium hydroxide dosages on the appearance, viscosity, gelling time of sol and the deepening color degree of the treated cotton fabric are studied. It is proved that sol works on cotton fabric by FTIR spectra and SEM. The results show that with n(H2Q):n(GPTMS)=3 and n(NH4OH):n(GPTMS)=0.01, the sol is clear and uniform, the stability time is the longest, and the cot- ton dyeings achieve the best deepening color degree.
