摘要 分析和讨论了气液染色机对织物张力的影响和成因,通过采用风机恒功率控制方式,解决了弹力织物的低张力控制和长丝化纤织物的纵向折痕等问题。就目前小浴比染色机普遍存在的喷嘴染液与主缸底部染液温差现象,通过设置染液旁路循环系统,可将上、下温差控制在±1℃范围,减小了对温度敏感染色加工的工艺操作难度。此外,对工艺温度设定值与实际值存在的差异,提出了补偿控制的方法。 The influence and cause of the tension of the fabric in gas-liquid dyeing machine are analyzed and discussed. By using the constant power control mode of the fan, the problems of low tension control of elastic fabric and longitudinal crease of filament fabric are solved. At the same time, by setting the circulating system of the dye liquid bypass, the temperature difference between the upper and the lower can be controlled within the range of ±1℃, and the difficulty of temperature sensitive dyeing pro- cess is reduced. In addition, a compensation control method is proposed for the difference between set and actual temperatures.
