The Development of the Internet Communities and Cyberspace Governance——An Investigation from the Perspective of Quasi-Social Organizations

网络社团作为准社会组织的一种重要形式,近年来在中国获得迅速发展,对中国社会的影响非常重大。大量网络社团的产生给社会带来正面的、积极的影响,但是在网络社团中也出现诸多危及公民生活、社会稳定和国家安全的违法犯罪问题。要确保网络社团健康发展,就必须加强对网络社团中存在的这类问题的治理。作为一种准社会组织,网络社团具有很强的特殊性和复杂性,加强对网络社团的治理,最重要的是要破除既定的思维模式,善于动用社会力量来进行治理。

In recent years, as an important form of quasi-social organization, the Intemet communities have developed rapidly in China, significantly affecting Chinese society as well. The emergence of numerous Intemet communities has brought positive influence on the society. But among them, there have also been many crimes that endanger citizens＂ lives, social stability and national security. To maintain a healthy eyberspace environment and ensure the healthy development of the Internet communities, it is necessary to enhance the governance of such problems. As a kind of quasi-social organization, the Intemet communities have obvious speeialness and complexities, which causes the Internet community governance to become a major prob- lem. To strengthen the Intemet community governance, the most important thing is to break the established thinking mode and be good at using social forces to canT out governance work.
