摘要
采用曲霉菌漆酶对活性染料模拟废液进行催化脱色研究,探讨主要影响因素的对催化脱色效果的影响及趋势,并对应用工艺进行了优化.研究结果表明,漆酶在浓度6g/L,反应时间60min,染液pH为7,恒温55℃振荡的优化工艺条件下,对100mg/L的C.I.活性蓝19染料模拟废液的催化脱色率为72.2%;同时,常见的金属离子对漆酶的催化活性有不同的影响效果,其中,Mg^(2+)、Cu^(2+)具有促进作用,Na^+基本没有影响,Al^(3+)具有一定的抑制作用,而Fe3+则具有完全的抑制作用.
The catalytic decolorization of reactive dye wastewater is studied by Aspergillus laccase, and the influence and trend of the main influencing factors on the catalytic decolorization are discussed, and the ap plication process is optimized. The results show that the catalytic decolorization rate of laccase at the con centration of 6 g/L, the reaction time 60rain, the pH of the dye solution 7 and the oscillation at the concentration of 6 g/L, the reaction time 60rain, the pH of the dye solution 7 and the oscillation at the con stant temperature at 55 ℃, the catalytic decolorization rate of the C.I. Reactive Blue 19 dye wastewater of 100 mg/L is 73.2%. At the same time, the common metal ions have different effects on the catalytic activi ty of laccase,among them, Mg^2+ and Cu^2+ have a promoting effect, and Na^+ has no effect and AP^+ has certain inhibitory effect, while Fe^3+ has a complete inhibitory effect.
