“农字号”特色小镇规划设计技术浅谈——以新疆阜康天池农业特色小镇为例

A Brief Discussion on Planning and Design Technology of "Farming Brand" Characteristic Town: A Case Study of Tianchi Agricultural Characteristic Town in Fukang, Xinjiang

"农字号"特色小镇应在推动区域农业现代化和城乡一体化要求下,以特色农业为主导,以产城融合为理念,以资源集聚为原则,以人为本,因地制宜,通过三产融合、三生共建、多元投入、共享共赢等方式综合统筹、科学合理地进行规划设计。本文重点提出"农字号"特色小镇规划设计技术方法,并以规划实践案例进行解析,为此类特色小镇规划建设提供思路和建议。

In promoting the regional agricultural modernization and urban-rural integration requirements, ＂Nongzihao＂ characteristic town should be dominated by characteristic agriculture, the concept of town integration, the principle of gathering resources, the people-oriented principle according to local conditions, through the combination of three industries, Sansheng build, diversifed investment, sharing and winning, comprehensive co-ordination, scientifc and rational planning and design. This paper puts forward the method of planning and design of ＂Nongzihao＂ characteristic town and analyzes planning practice cases to provide a kind of train of thought and suggestion for the planning and construction of such characteristic town.
