摘要
少数民族学生的德育工作,需要一支高素质的德育教师队伍在教育管理工作中发挥重要作用.因此,为了进一步提升少数民族学生教育管理水平,通过对学校少数民族学生德育教师进行调研,发现少数民族学生存在客观弱势、心理问题以及师生沟通等方面的问题.并在此基础上,提出开展民族政策教育、加强专业化培训以及健全制度等建议.
The moral education for minority students requires a group of high-quality teachers, who can play an importantrole in educational management. In order to increase the level of educational management of minority students, this paper has sur-veyed the teachers responsible for the moral education for minority students and found minority students have such problems as be-ing disadvantaged, psychological problems and a lack of communication with their teachers. This paper has made several sugges-tions based on the survey, including the education of minority policy, professional training and a sound system.
