摘要 课堂教学改革的核心之一是教师专业发展.围绕上海市提升中小学(幼儿园)课程领导力行动研究项目,学校基于实际,针对问题,以课堂教学评价研究为重点,聚力“三个转换”,即把课堂教学评价标准转换为课堂教学规范,把课堂教学规范转化为教师教学行为,以优化教师教学行为促进学生学习方式的转换,旨在进-步提升教学品质,促进学生发展. One of the important points in teaching reform in classes is teachers’ professional development. This paper cen-ters around the research program of the improvement of curriculum leadership in kindergartens, elementary schools and middleschools in Shanghai. Aiming at all the problems and based on the reality, this paper treats in-class teaching evaluation as the re-search focus and discusses fully “the three transformations”, which are, the transformation of in-class teaching evaluation into thein-class teaching norm, the transformation of the in-class teaching norm into the teachers’ teaching behavior, and the transforma-tion of teachers’ good teaching behavior into the students’ better learning methods. Such practice, when taken, can promote thestudents’ personal development and the teaching effect.
