摘要
本文利用全面质量管理的办法,对炉胆使用寿命做了因果分析图和矩阵分析图,找出了影响炉胆使用寿命的五大主要工序,并在实践中设专人负责,使炉胆使用寿命延长2～3倍。
Taking advantage of total quality control,the paper constructs the Causality analysing diagram and the matrix analysing diagram coneerning to the service life of furnace preheating jacket.Five main process steps affecting the service life of furnace preheating jacket are determined,and persons specially assigned take the responsibility for it.The service life of furnace preheating jacket prolongs 2 to 3 times longer.
