高职船舶涂装专业“双证融通”制人才培养模式探析

高职院校船舶涂装专业若想摆脱目前院校培养与企业需求不对接的尴尬境遇,就必须在人才培养模式建设上进行改革,尤其是高职学生的职业技能培养,更要突出"技能性、实践性、职业性"的特色。"双证融通"就是通过学历证书与职业资格证书这两类证书内涵的衔接与对应,实现学历教育与职业资格培训的融通,实现"一教双证"。
