The construction of first-class teaching staff is the key factor in the connotation construction ofhigher vocational colleges. Combined with the actual situation of Bohai ShipbuildingVocational College, the paper fully discusses the necessity and urgency of building first-class teaching staff inhigher vocational colleges under the background of ＂ double high＂ construction, analyzes the gaps in theconstruction of first-class teaching staff, and explores the construction measures of first-class teaching staff underthe background of ＂ double high＂ construction.
