摘要
AISI 4130材料因其具有较高的强度、良好的低温冲击性能、耐硫化氢酸性介质应力腐蚀、性价比较高而在井口装置和采油树设备上得到了广泛使用,并可通过不同的炼钢、锻造和热处理控制方法获得不同的强度性能。文章从材料的选择、原材料、热处理三方面的控制来探讨,为得到稳定的AISI 4130 75K及以上级别的性能。
AISI 4130 is widely used in wellhead equipment and oil tree equipment because of its high strength, good low tem-perature impact property, hydrogen sulfide resistance to acid medium stress corrosion resistance, and high performance-price ratio.Different strength properties can be obtained by different control methods of steel-making, forging and heat treatment. This paper dis-cusses the control of material selection, raw material and heat treatment in order to obtain stable properties of AISI 4130 75K andabove.
