摘要
传统公路排水模式,将雨水快速的排入附近水系,雨水迅速汇集不仅增加了排入水系的容积负担,引发洪涝灾害;而且道路上的污染物经过雨水冲刷带入水环境,还会引起水环境的污染。海绵城市-低影响开发理念在公路建设中的应用,不仅能够控制径流总量,消减洪峰流量,还能控制径流污染,对公路建设指导具有重要的意义。
In the traditional highway drainage model, rain water was rapidly drained into the nearby water system, and rapidcollection of rain water's not only increased the volume burden of the drainage water system and caused floods; but also brought pol-lutants from the roads into the water environment through the scouring of rain water. It will also cause pollution of the water envi-ronment. The application of the concept of spongy city-low impact development in highway construction can not only control the totalamount of runoff and reduce the discharge of flood peak, but also control the pollution of runoff, which is of great significance to theguidance of highway construction.
