医学科学项目管理中的风险问题探究及其预防策略

随着医学科学技术的飞跃式发展,医学道德伦理风险日益凸显,阻碍了科技创新发展和社会诚信体系建设。文章针对医学科学项目中存在的科研诚信缺失、绩效管理不完善、评审制度不健全、科研经费使用不规范等多项容易产生道德风险的要素,分析当下医学科技发展进程中造成科技监管漏洞、科研氛围不够积极等问题的原因,并提出解决路径和方法,为规范医学科学项目管理,强化科研人员工作积极性和科技创新能力提供思路借鉴和模式参考。

With the rapid development of medical science and technology, moral hazard of medical science have become increas-ingly prominent, which has hindered the development of scientific and technological innovation and the construction of social integritysystem. The paper aims at the lack of integrity in scientific research, imperfect performance management, imperfect evaluation system,irregular use of scientific research funds and other factors which are prone to produce moral hazard in medical science projects. Thepaper analyzes the causes of the problems in the development of medical science and technology, such as the loopholes in the su-pervision of science and technology, the insufficient atmosphere of scientific research and so on, and puts forward some solutions tostandardize the management of medical science projects, thus providing ideas and models to strengthen the enthusiasm and ability intechnological innovation of scientific researchers.
