航空公司机长具备职责和素质要求

随着经济的迅速发展,人民的生活水平日益提高,航空运输业得到了迅猛发展,对民航工作者的要求也在不断提高。文章结合笔者的实际工作情况,介绍了机长应该具备的素质,分别从基本概念、资源管理、风险控制、专业技术、心理素质五个方面进行深入分析,旨在为民航人提供可参考的经验,促进民航业的持续发展。

With the rapid development of economy, the living standard of the people is improving day by day, the aviation trans-portation industry has obtained the swift and violent development, the request to the civil aviation worker is also unceasingly raising.Based on the author＇s actual working conditions, this paper introduces the qualities that a pilot should have, and makes a thoroughanalysis from five aspects： basic concept, resource management, risk control, professional technology and psychological quality. Thepurpose is to provide reference experience for civil aviation operators, and to promote the sustainable development of the civil avia-tion industry.
