拉玛泽式分娩法提高初次产妇经阴道分娩的作用及对妊娠结局的影响

Ramaze delivery method to improve the role of primary parturients through vaginal delivery and its effect on pregnancy outcome

目的探讨拉玛泽式分娩法提高初次产妇经阴道分娩的作用及对妊娠结局的影响。方法将我院2016年8月~2017年7月收治的152例初产妇按随机数字表法分为两组,每组76例。对照组给予常规分娩指导,观察组予以拉玛泽式分娩法,观察比较两组产妇的阴道分娩率、产程用时、分娩疼痛及分娩结局。结果观察组产妇经阴道分娩率为94.7%,高于对照组的72.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的第一产程、第二产程、总产程用时均短于对照组(P<0.05),分娩疼痛分级、产后出血量、血性恶露持续时间均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论拉玛泽式分娩法能提高初产妇经阴道分娩率,缩短产程用时,减少分娩疼痛,改善分娩结局。

Objective To explore the effect of Lamaze childbirth method to improve the initial maternal vaginal delivery and its effect on pregnancy outcome. Methods 152 primiparas treated in our hospital in August 2016-2017 July were divided into two groups of 76 cases in each group by the random digital table.the control group was given routine delivery instruction,the observation group received Lamaze childbirth method,comparing the two groups of vaginal delivery rate,labor time,pain and result of delivery. Results The rate of vaginal delivery in the observation group was 94.7%,which was higher than that of the control group （ P 〈0.05）.The first stage of the observation group,the second stage of labor,the total labor time is shorter than the control group （ P 〈0.05）.The observation group pain grading,postpartum bleeding,bloody lochia duration was less than in the control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion To be used Lamaze delivery method of vaginal delivery primipara can increase the vaginal delivery rate,shorten labor time,reduce the pain of childbirth,improve birth outcomes.
