尼麦角林联合奥拉西坦治疗血管性认知功能障碍的效果分析

Analysis of nicergoline oxiracetam combined treatment of vascular cognitive impairment effect

目的研究尼麦角林联合奥拉西坦对血管性认知功能障碍患者的治疗效果。方法选择我院神经内科收治的120例血管性认知功能障碍患者为研究对象,按随机法分为尼麦角林组40例、奥拉西坦组40例、尼麦角林联合奥拉西坦组(联合治疗组)40例,3组患者治疗后均采用神经功能缺损评分、日常生活能力评分进行评定治疗效果。结果 3组患者接受8周治疗后比较,联合治疗组患者的NIHSS评分明显低于尼麦角林组与奥拉西坦组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组患者的临床总有效率为97.5%,高于尼麦角林组的70%与奥拉西坦组的72.5%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血管性认知功能障碍患者应用尼麦角林联合奥拉西坦治疗的效果优于单一用药,能够有效减轻患者神经功能缺损,提高生活能力,有利促进患者康复。

Objective Analysis of nicergoline combined with Oxiracetam on vascular cognitive impairment patients. Methods 120 patients with vascular cognitive impairment admitted in Department of Neurology in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into nimatlin group （40 cases,nimatin）,olasan group （40 cases,olasan）,combined treatment group （40 cases,nimoerin combined with olasan）.The results of neurological deficit score and daily life ability score were used to evaluate the effect of the patients. Results After treatment for 8 weeks,the NIHSS scores in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the group treated with the combination of the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the patients in the combined treatment group was 97.5%,which was higher than that of the patients in the nissatlin group of 70% and 72.5% in the ol group,and the difference between the three groups was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion In patients with vascular cognitive impairment,the therapeutic effect of nnngosterin combined with olasan is better than that of a single drug.It can effectively reduce the nerve function defect,improve the living ability,and help the patient＇s body recover soon.
