摘要
目的探讨噻托溴铵联合布地奈德福莫特罗治疗重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的效果与安全性。方法选取2015年4月~2017年4月在我院治疗的60例重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为研究对象,按随机数字法分成对照组和观察组,两组患者均进行常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上配合布地奈德福莫特罗联合噻托溴铵吸入,对照组患者在常规治疗的基础上配合布地奈德福莫特罗治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者6 MWT、呼吸困难改善情况均明显优于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC均较对照组明显升高,动脉血气指标明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论噻托溴铵联合布地奈德福莫特罗治疗重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的效果显著,可有效改善患者肺功能以及动脉血气情况。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of tiotropium bromide combined with budesonide budesonide in the treatment of severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Randomly selected 60 patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were treated in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.Routine treatment was performed in both groups.Patients in the observation group were treated with budesonide combined with formoterol bromide inhalation on the basis of routine treatment,and patients in the control group were treated with neodetomatol on the basis of routine treatment.The treatment effect was compared between the two groups of patients. Results After treatment,the 6MWT and dyspnea improvement in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group ( P 〈0.05).After treatment,the FVC,FEV1,and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group( P 〈0.05).After treatment,arterial blood gas in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,with significant difference ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion The combination of tiotropium bromide and budesonide with formoterol in patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has a significant effect and can improve lung function and arterial blood gas status in patients.
