针刀配合中药熏洗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床研究

Clinical study on treatment of knee osteoarthritis with Acupotomy combined with fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese Medicine

目的探讨小针刀与中药熏洗相结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法将我院2017年1月~2018年3月收治的60例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用小针刀剥离松解术治疗,治疗5天后,再给予活血通络祛风湿壮筋骨的中药熏蒸洗患膝;对照组采用西药对症疗法和电针治疗。两组均治疗7天为1疗程,均治疗2个疗程后进行疗效评定。采用疼痛视觉模糊评分(VAS),膝关节功能指数评分(Lysholm),分析两组患者治疗后VAS评分以及Lysholm评分情况。结果治疗组各项指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小针刀松懈配合中药熏洗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the needle and herbal fumigation combined with clinical effect in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods The treatment group was treated with small needle knife stripping and loosening.After 5 days,the traditional Chinese medicine of activating blood and removing wind,damp and strong muscles and muscles was put into the medicine bag,and the knee was fumigated after heating with water.The control group was treated with western medicine symptomatic drug therapy and electro acupuncture.The two groups were all 7 days for a course of treatment.Each group was evaluated after two courses of treatment.Pain visual blur score （VAS） and knee joint function index （Lysholm） were used to analyze VAS score and Lysholm score of two groups after treatment. Results The indicators in the treatment group were all better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Small needle knife loose with herbal fumigation treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical curative effect,it is worthy of clinical application.
