摘要
目的观察经鼻空肠置管行早期肠内营养在儿童急性胰腺炎中的应用效果。方法选取我院儿科收治的83例急性胰腺炎患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组41例给予早期肠外营养,观察组42例给予经鼻空肠置管行早期肠内营养,观察比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组患儿的血淀粉酶、脂肪酶恢复正常时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),血清白蛋白水平高于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经鼻空肠置管行早期肠内营养治疗小儿急性胰腺炎能显著降低血清白蛋白,促进脂肪酶、淀粉酶恢复,安全有效。
Objective To analyze the application of early enteral nutrition in children with acute pancreatitis by transnasal jejunum catheterization. Methods 83 cases of children with acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group.41 cases in control group were given early off-site nutrition,and 42 cases in observation group were given early enteral nutrition via nasojejunal tube.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment,the blood amylase and lipase returned to normal time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group ( P 〈0.05),the serum albumin level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group ( P 〈0.05),and the length of stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion Early enteral nutrition via nasojejunal tube can significantly reduce serum albumin and promote the recovery of lipase and amylase in children with acute pancreatitis,which is safe and effective.
