超敏c反应蛋白与白细胞计数对早产儿细菌感染的临床诊断意义

摘要 目的探讨超敏c反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与白细胞计数(WBC)对早产儿细菌感染的临床诊断价值。方法选取2016年1月~2018年2月我院新生儿科收治的60例早产儿为研究对象,根据患儿有无发生细菌感染分为观察组(细菌性感染组)和对照组(非细菌性感染组),每组各30例,两组患儿均行hs-CRP、WBC检测,观察比较两组患儿的检测值与不同检测方法的阳性率情况。结果观察组的hs-CRP、WBC检测值均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而且观察组患儿的hs-CRP检测阳性率明显高于WBC,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与白细胞计数比较,超敏c反应蛋白在早产儿细菌感染中的诊断价值更高,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of high-sensitivity c-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and white blood cell count (WBC) for bacterial infection in preterm infants. Methods A total of 60 premature infants admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to February 2018 were selected and divided into the observation group (bacterial infection group) and the control group (nonbacterial infection group) according to whether or not bacterial infection occurred.There were 30 cases in each group.The hs-CRP and WBC tests were performed in both groups.The detection values of the two groups of preterm infants were compared with the positive rates of different detection methods. Results The values of hs-CRP and WBC in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The hs-CRP test was positive in the observation group,the rate was significantly higher than that of WBC,and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion Compared with the leukocyte count,the high-sensitivity c-reactive protein has higher diagnostic value in bacterial infection of preterm infants and is worthy of clinical promotion.
