弹性纤维联合流动树脂在伴前牙缺失重度牙周炎中的修复效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨弹性纤维联合流动树脂在伴前牙缺失重度牙周炎患者治疗中的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2014年3月~2016年8月我院口腔科收治的168例前牙缺失合并重度牙周炎患者的临床资料,根据修复方法不同分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予传统流动树脂修复,观察组给予弹性纤维联合流动树脂修复,比较两组患者的牙周状况、修复满意度情况。结果修复6、12个月后,观察组的牙周袋深度、牙龈出血指数和附着丧失均低于对照组(P<0.05);修复1年后,观察组对修复体的美观性、舒适度、咀嚼功能、发音影响的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论弹性纤维与流动树脂联合应用于伴前牙缺失重度牙周炎修复治疗的效果确切,能有效维持牙周的健康,保持修复体的美观性和功能,值得推广。 Objective To study the clinical effect on fixed by elastic fiber and flow resin in missing front teeth with severe periodontitis. Methods 168 patients of admitted dental missing front teeth with severe periodontitis from March 2014 to August 2016 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. According to different repair methods the patients were divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given conventional liquid resin restoration, and observation group was given elastic fiber resin repair joint flows. Two groups of patients with periodontal status, repair satisfaction were compared. Results After repair 6 and 12 months, the periodontal pocket depth, gingival bleeding index and attachment loss of observation group was lower than the control group (P〈0.05). Repair 1 years later, the satisfaction of beautiful restoration, comfort and chewing function, and pronunciation effect of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Fixed effect by elastic fiber and flow resin in missing front teeth with severe periodontitis is exact, can effectively keep periodontal health, and maintain the dummy with beautiful and good function.
