非布司他与别嘌呤醇治疗原发性痛风的效果分析

Comparison of therapeutic effects of febuxostat and allopurinol on primary gout

目的分析比较非布司他与别嘌呤醇治疗原发性痛风的临床效果。方法选取2016年6月~2017年6月我院收治的134例原发性痛风患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予别嘌呤醇治疗,观察组给予非布司他治疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果及不良事件发生率。结果两组患者治疗前血尿酸水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的血尿酸水平均有下降,观察组的下降幅度明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良事件发生率比较,观察组为10.45%,对照组为11.94%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论非布司他治疗原发性痛风的疗效明显优于别嘌呤醇,且不良事件的发生率与别嘌呤醇相当。

Objective Comparison of the therapeutic effects of febuxostat and allopurinol on primary gout. Methods 134 subjects with primary gout admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group and treated with febuxostat and allopurinol,Observe and compare the treatment effects and adverse events of the two groups of patients. Results There was no difference in serum uric acid level between the two groups before treatment （ P 〉0.05）,and they both decreased after treatment.The serum uric acid level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （ P 〈0.05）;the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was not statistically significant.There was no significant difference between 10.44% and 11.94% in the control group （ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of febuxostat in the treatment of primary gout is significantly better than allopurinol,and the incidence of adverse events is comparable to that of allopurinol.
