摘要 电伴热系统广泛应用于挪威北海作业的钻井平台,GM4-D系列半潜式钻井平台是专门为在挪威北海以及巴伦支海作业设计的钻井平台,由于其特殊的作业环境,平台增加了WINTERIZATION BASIC(防寒)和ICE-T(拖航水线区域冰区加强)入级符号,所有带防寒符号的平台都必须配置电伴热系统。文章结合DNV船级社规范、IEC和IEEE要求,以GM4-D项目为实例,对电伴热系统的设计与应用做了简要介绍。 The electric heat tracing system is widely used on drilling rigs operating in the North Sea in Norway. The GM4-D series semi-submersible drilling rig is designed specifically for operations in the North Sea and the Barents Sea in Norway. Due to its harsh operating environment, the platform shall bear the following additional notations, WINTERIZATION BASIC (coM protection) and ICE-T (towing waterline area ice area strengthening). All rigs with such notations shall be equipped with electric heat tracing system. In the paper; the design and application of the electric heat tracing system for GM4-D project are briefly introduced according to DNV, IEC and IEEE requirements.
