摘要
大连中远海运重工有限公司(以下简称:"公司")承接的巴西石油压缩机模块项目,每个模块的完工重量在1 200 t~1 600 t,待建造完成后需将模块转运至运输船上,再运输到合拢船厂进行安装。通常的装船方法是使用海吊将模块从建造场地吊运至运输驳船上,这种方法费用高,作业时间长,危险系数大。若使用轴线车进行滚装作业,不仅滚装费用大幅降低,滚装效率也会大大提高。文章主要研究使用轴线车运输压缩机模块时的关键技术及工装的设计方法。
In the Brazil oil compressor module project which is carried on by Dalian COSCO Shipping Ltd., the weight of each module reaches 1 200 t-1 600 t when finished Then these modules need to be moved to the barge which will convey to the installation shipyard. Usually the floating crane is used to do the lifting job from yard to barge, but the work is more expensive, time-consuming and dangerous. If the SPMT is used to transit the module, not only the cost will be reduced largely but also leads to high efficiency The article mainly researches the key technology and tools design methods of transiting the module by SPMT.
