基于整车控制逻辑下踏板开关位置设计研究

Pedal switch location design study based on the vehicle control logic

基于刹车灯开关,定速巡航取消开关的作动原理,考虑与这两种开关相关的整车性能;采用公差累积计算的方法,对开关的安装角度,安装位置的设计方法进行推导。通过该方法,可对与开关安装的相关参数进行明确设定,保证不出现因开关安装不良导致整车出现问题。

Base on the working theory of stop lamp switch and ASCD cancel switch, considering the related vehicle performance to the two switches, deducing the installing angle and location design method by cumulative tolerance calculation. The parameter for switch installing can be set definitely by the method in this article and can ensure there is no problem caused by the bad switch installation.
