Automobile Steering Wheel Design and Ergonomics

汽车方向盘是车辆驾驶人在驾驶过程中手部接触最为频繁的部件,它的重要性不言而喻。本文简述了汽车方向盘设计中与人机工程学相关的设计因素,涵盖了方向盘的尺寸设计、造型设计、方向盘上舒适的操作区域、方向盘多功能按键设计(按键的大小、操作力和按键的背光颜色)、方向盘上装饰件的设计,希望通过本文的阐述能给方向盘设计人员提供一定的设计参考。

The steering wheel of a vehicle is the most frequently contacted part of the hand in the driving process, and its importance is self-evident. In this paper, the design factors related to ergonomics in the design of automobile steering wheel are briefly described, including the size design, modeling design, comfortable operating area on the steering wheel, multi-function key design of the steering wheel （the size of the keys）. The operation force and the backlight color of the key, the design of the decoration on the steering wheel, hope to provide a certain design reference to the designer of the steering wheel through the elaboration of this article.
