麦弗逊悬架转向机构转向误差计算机辅助分析

摘要 运用多刚体系统动力学中R-W方法进行机构运动计算,编制了汽车麦弗逊悬架转向机构转向误差计算机辅助分析通用程序.程序中把麦弗逊悬架和转向机构作为一个整体系统进行运动分析,考虑了汽车非平衡状态下转向时,车轮跳动对转向误差的影响,使计算结果更符合实际情况.为麦弗逊悬架转向机构设计提供了精确实用的方法. The author calculated the mechanism movement with R-W method of multi-rigid-body system dynamics, and made a general analysis program of the Mc Pherson strut and the steering mechanism for Automobile. For the analysis results are in good agreement with the practical condition, Mc Pherson strut and the steeringmechanism are analyzed as a whole system, and the influences to the steering errors caused by the jump of wheels are considered when the automobile is steering under unsteady state in this program. It will provide an accurate, practical method for the design of the Mc Pherson strut and the steering mechanism.
