摘要
建立了一种检测阿托伐他汀钙关键中间体(ATS-9)含量的气相色谱法。采用Agilent DB-624(30 m×0. 32mm,1. 8μm)毛细管气相色谱柱,高纯氮为载气,氢火焰离子化检测器检测,程序升温,1,2-二氯乙烷为稀释溶剂,正十六烷为内标物。ATS-9在0. 812 8~4. 063 8 mg·mL^(-1)(r=0. 999 5)范围内,线性关系良好,平均回收率为99. 68%,RSD为1. 26%。
A GC method was established for the determination of ATS-9, the key intermediate of atorvastatin calcium. An Agilent DB-624(30 m×0.32 mm, 1.8 μm) capillary column was used with nitrogen as the carrier gas and FID as the detector in temperature program mode. 1,2-Dichloroethane was dilution solvent, and n -hexadecane was internal standard. The calibration curves for ATS-9 was linear in the concentration range of 0.812 8~4.063 8 mg·mL -1 ( r =0.999 5). The average recovery was 99.68% with RSD of 1.26%.
