浅析超声引导下微波介入治疗甲状腺结节的效果及对患者睡眠质量的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Ultrasound Guided Microwave Interventional Therapy on Thyroid Nodule and Its Influence on Patientsundefined Sleep Quality

摘要 目的:探究超声引导下微波介入治疗甲状腺结节的临床效果,为临床提供指导。方法:选取2014年10月至2016年10月福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院收治的甲状腺结节患者60例作为观察对象,随机分为传统组和微波组,每组30例。传统组应用传统手术治疗,微波组应用声引导下微波介入治疗,随访1年,比较2组甲状腺结节患者的临床疗效、甲状腺结节体积、结节清除率、PSQI评分、并发症发生率及复发率。结果:1年后,微波组和传统组患者的总有效率均为100.00%,组间比较统,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);微波组与传统组PSQI评分分别为(7.54±1.65)分、(9.43±2.32)分,均较治疗前明显降低,且微波组低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后半年,微波组患者的甲状腺结节体积[(3.52±0.25)cm3]较治疗前[(0.62±0.14)cm3]显著降低(P<0.05);微波组患者的结节清除率为96.67%,和传统组患者(100.00%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但并发症发生率为3.33%,比较传统组患者(23.33%)明显更低(P<0.05);随访1年发现,微波组和传统组患者均未出现复发,复发率为0%。结论:超声引导下微波介入治疗甲状腺结节具有较显著的效果,结节清除率高,且并发症更少,有助于改善患者的生命质量。 Objective: To explore the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided microwave interventional therapy for thyroid nodule. Methods: From October 2014 to October 2016,60 patients with thyroid nodules treated in the second peopleundefineds Hospital affiliated to Fujian University of traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into traditional group and microwave group with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the traditional group were treated with traditional operation,and the patients in the microwave group were treated with acoustic guided microwave interventional therapy. All patients were followed up for one year. The clinical efficacy,thyroid nodule volume,nodule clearance rate and PSQI score were compared between the two groups. Complication rate and recurrence rate. Results: One year later,the total effective rate of microwave group and traditional group was 100. 000. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P〈0. 05),the PSQI score of microwave group and traditional group was 9. 43 ± 2. 32,which was significantly lower than that of traditional group,and that of microwave group was lower than that of traditional group. The difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 05). Half a year after treatment,The volume of thyroid nodule in microwave group [3. 52 ±0. 25) cm3]was significantly lower than that before treatment [0. 62 ± 0. 14) cm3](P〈0. 05),and the nodule clearance rate of microwave group was 96. 67 and 100. 00% compared with that of traditional group(P〈0. 05),but the incidence of complications was 3. 33. Significantly lower(P〈0. 05). There was no recurrence in microwave group and traditional group,and the recurrence rate was 0%. Conclusion: Ultrasound-guided microwave interventional therapy for thyroid nodules has a significant effect,with high clearance rate and fewer complications,which is helpful to improve the quality of life of patients.
