摘要
目的:分析社区护理干预在脑卒中合并高血压患者中的应用价值及对患者睡眠质量的改善。方法:选取2016年3月至2018年3月社区医院收治的脑卒中合并高血压患者60例,随机分成观察组和对照组,2组均为30例患者。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用社区护理干预模式进行护理,比较2组的临床效果。结果:观察组患者对脑卒中合并高血压相关临床知识的掌握情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组24 h DBPV值为(5.3±1.4)mm Hg、24 h SBPV为(7.3±1.5)mm Hg,降低水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理有效率为93.33%,明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后干预组睡眠质量、睡眠时间、入睡时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、安眠药物、日间功能障碍评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:社区护理干预在脑卒中合并高血压患者中的应用价值显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To analyze the application value of community nursing intervention in stroke patients with hypertension and its inprovement on sleep quality of patients. Methods: 60 cases of stroke patients with hypertension in community hospitals from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group. Routine nursing was adopted in the control group. The observation group was treated with community nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing,and the clinical effect was compared. Results: The mastery of clinical knowledge related to stroke and hypertension in the intervention group was obviously superior to that of the observation group(P〈0. 05). After nursing,the 24 h DBPV value of the observation group was(5. 3 ± 1. 4) mm Hg and 24 h SBPV(7. 3 ±1. 5) mm Hg,and the level of decreasing was obviously superior to that of the control group(P〈0. 05),and the effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 93. 33% which is superior to that of the control group(P〈0. 05). The sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,sleeping pills and daytime dysfunction scores in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Community nursing intervention has significant value in stroke patients with hypertension,and is worthy of clinical application.
