鸟巢式护理在早产儿发育支持和保障睡眠中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Nesting Care in the Development of Premature Infants

目的:探讨鸟巢式护理在早产儿发育支持中的临床应用效果。方法:选取2016年3月至2017年3月我院收治的早产儿526例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用暖箱常规护理,观察组实施鸟巢式护理,观察2组早产儿体温波动、出暖箱时间、血氧饱和度、睡眠时间及10 d体重、身高、头围发育和并发症情况。结果:观察组体温波动、出暖箱时间均少于对照组,观察组血氧饱和度、睡眠时间高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组早产儿10 d体重、身高、头围发育均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组早产儿并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:鸟巢式护理利于早产儿恢复健康,促进发育成长,减少并发症,临床应用价值高。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of nesting care in the development of premature infants. Methods： 526 cases of premature infants were included in our hospital between March 2016 to March 2017. The infants were randomly divided into trial group and control group. The control group was treated with warm box conventional nursing. While the trial group was treated with nesting care. The temperature fluctuation,out of warm box time,blood oxygen saturation and sleeping time of premature infants were observed,as well as 10 day＇s body mass,height,head circumference and complications. Results： The temperature fluctuation and the out of warm box time of the trial group were less than the control group,moreover the blood oxygen saturation and sleeping time of the trial group were higher than the control group（P〈0. 05）. The 10 d＇ body mass,height and head circumference of the trial group were better than those of the control group（P〈0. 05）. Besides,the incidence of complications in the trial group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Nesting care is beneficial to the premature infants for their recovery of health,the growth and development and the reduction of complications with a high value of clinical application.
