学龄前儿童睡眠障碍发生率及影响因素分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的:研究与分析学龄前儿童睡眠障碍发生现状及影响因素。方法:选取2016年10月至2017年11月双流区第一人民医院收治的学龄前儿童1 100例,采用CSHQ量表进行睡眠质量的评估,并收集性别、年龄、家长睡眠时间、呼吸道疾病史、睡前活动情况、电子产品接触时间、睡前安抚物、睡前情绪、家长文化程度及家长情绪状态者等资料进行分析,以多因素Logistic回归分析处理上述因素与学龄前儿童睡眠障碍的关系。结果:1 100例学龄前儿童中,睡眠障碍者475例,发生率为43.18%,不同性别的睡眠障碍发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同年龄、家长睡眠时间、呼吸道疾病史、睡前活动情况、电子产品接触时间、睡前安抚物、睡前情绪、家长文化程度及家长情绪状态者的发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。以多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、家长睡眠时间、呼吸道疾病史、睡眠活动情况、电子产品接触时间、睡前安抚物、睡前情绪、家长文化程度及家长情绪状态是学龄前儿童睡眠障碍发生的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:学龄前儿童睡眠障碍发生率较高,且影响因素较多,可针对上述因素进行充分干预。 Objective: To study and analyze the present situation of sleep disorders of preschool children and its influence factors. Methods: Choose 1 100 preschool children in The First People's Hospital of Shuangliu District from October 2016 to November 2017 were selected as the study object. The sleep quality of all the children was evaluated with CSHQ scale,and the evaluation results of children with different gender,ages,parents' sleep time,history of respiratory disease,activity before sleep,electronic product contact time,soothe before sleep,mood before sleep,parents' education degree and parents' mood state were compared,then the relationship between those factors and sleep disorders of preschool children were analyzed by the multiple factor Logistic regression analysis. Results: Four hundred and Seventy-five cases were with sleep disorders in the 1 100 preschool children,the rate was 43. 18%. The occurrence rates of children with different gender were compared,there were no significant differences(P〈0. 05). The occurrence rates of children with different ages,parents' sleep time,history of respiratory disease,activity before sleep,electronic product contact time,soothe before sleep,mood before sleep,parents' education degree and parents' mood state were compared,there were significant differences(P〈0. 05). The multiple factor Logistic regression analysis showed the ages,parents' sleep time,history of respiratory disease,activity before sleep,electronic product contact time,soothe before sleep,mood before sleep,parents' education degree and parents' mood state were the influence factors of sleep disorders of preschool children(P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The sleep disorders rate of preschool children is high,and the influence factors are more,so they should be paid to enough intervention according to those factors.
