舒适护理干预对慢性心力衰竭患者睡眠质量的影响

Comfortable Nursing Intervention in Nursing Care of Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的:探索舒适护理干预对慢性心力衰竭患者睡觉质量的影响。方法:选取2015年3月至2018年12月福建省泉州市安溪县医院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者88例,以数字排列的分组方式分为观察组和对照组,每组44例。分别在护理过程中接受舒适护理干预和常规护理干预措施。比较分析2组患者的焦虑、抑郁情况、睡眠质量和对护理的满意度。结果:经护理干预后,观察组的焦虑发生率、抑郁发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其气喘缓解时间、心律恢复时间和水肿消退时间显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后PSQI总分较治疗前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);其患者对护理的满意度明显比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性心力衰竭患者在护理中接受舒适护理干预,可获得较为理想的护理效果,既能有效改善患者的心理健康状态,提高睡眠质量又能显著提高满意度,值得广泛推广。

Objective： To analyze t comfortable nursing intervention in nursing care of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods： Choose 88 cases of patients with chronic heart failure start from March 2015 to December 2018 which treated in Anxi county hospital,quanzhou city,fujian province. According to the numerical order,all the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,arranging 44 cases in each group. The comfortable nursing intervention and routine nursing intervention were applied respectively in the nursing process. The anxiety,depression,sleep quality and satisfaction degree to nursing of patients were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results： The incidence of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0. 05）,and the time of asthma remission,cardiac recovery,as well as edematous degeneration were markedly less than those of the control group（P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the PSQI scores of two groups were apparently lower than before（P〈0. 01）,and the scores of observation group was lower than the control group（P〈0. 01）. In addition,the patients in observation group had a remarkably higher satisfaction to the nursing than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The patients with chronic heart failure receiving comfortable nursing intervention can obtain more effective nursing. It can not only improve the mental health of the patients enhancing the sleep quality,but also provide a high level of satisfaction,which deserves widespread recommendation.
