手术室护理在胸腔镜下纵隔肿瘤切除术中的应用价值分析及对患者术后睡眠质量的改善

Application Value of Operation Room Nursing in Thoracoscopic Resection of Mediastinal Tumor

目的:探讨手术室护理在胸腔镜下纵隔肿瘤切除术中的应用价值。方法:选取2016年1月至2017年12月安溪县医院收治的胸腔镜下纵隔肿瘤切除术患者40例,按随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组20例。对照组进行基础胸腔镜手术护理干预,观察组开展手术室全面护理。比较2组胸腔镜下纵隔肿瘤切除术患者满意率;手术实施时间、手术依从性、术后住院的平均时间;护理前后患者疼痛数字分级(NRS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分;气胸、肺不张等胸腔镜下纵隔肿瘤切除术并发症发生率。结果:观察组胸腔镜下纵隔肿瘤切除术患者满意率(P>0.05)。结论:手术室全面护理在胸腔镜下纵隔肿瘤切除术护理中的应用效果确切,可减少患者焦虑心理,改善患者睡眠质量,减少并发症出现,患者满意率高。

Objective： To explore the application value of operation room nursing in thoracoscopic resection of mediastinal tumor. Methods： According to the random number table method,40 cases of thoracoscopic resection of mediastinal tumor were divided into 40 cases in December January 2016,and the control group was given the nursing intervention of the basic thoracoscopic surgery. The experimental group carried out comprehensive nursing in the operation room. The satisfaction rate of the two groups of thoracoscopic resection of mediastinal tumor was compared,the time of operation,the compliance of the operation,the average time of postoperative hospitalization,the score of NRS and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale（HAMA） and Pittsburgh sleep quality index（PSQI） score before and after nursing,and the incidence of complications in the resection of the mediastinal tumor under the thoracoscopy,such as pneumothorax and atelectasis. Results：The satisfaction rate of thoracoscopic resection of mediastinal tumor in the experimental group was（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The application of comprehensive nursing in the operation room is accurate in the nursing of mediastinal tumor resection under thoracoscope,which can reduce the anxiety of the patients,improve the quality of sleep in patients,reduce the complication and the patient＇s satisfaction rate is high.
