埋藏式三腔起搏器置入同步化治疗心力衰竭的护理分析及对患者睡眠的影响

Nursing Analysis of Patients with Heart Failure Treated by Implantable Three-chamber Pacemaker and Its Effect on Sleep

目的:探究埋藏式三腔起搏器置入同步化治疗心力衰竭的护理及对患者睡眠的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年2月丹阳市人民医院收治的采用埋藏式三腔起搏器置入同步化治疗心力衰竭的患者122例纳入研究,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组61例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用针对性护理干预,比较2组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组患者的护理满意度与生命质量均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与护理前比较,护理后2组患者PSQI评分均显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:埋藏式三腔起搏器置入同步化治疗心力衰竭的患者采取针对性护理干预,能够提升护理满意度,且改善患者生命质量及睡眠质量,临床应用价值较高,值得推广。

Objective： To explore the Nursing care of patients with heart failure treated by implantable three-chamber pacemaker and its effect on sleep. Methods： From January 2017 to February 2018,122 patients with heart failure treated by implantable three-chamber pacemaker were studied,and were divided into two groups on average,patients with routine nursing as control group,patients with targeted nursing intervention as observation group,observation and comparison of nursing effect of two groups of patients. Results： The nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the patients in observation group were better than those in control group, and there were differences between two groups（P〈0. 05）. Compared with pre-nursing,the PSQI score of two groups decreased significantly after nursing,and observation group was significantly lower than control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The patients with heart failure treated by implantable three-chamber pacemaker with synchronous implantation can improve their satisfaction with nursing,improve their quality of life and sleep,and their clinical application value is higher,so it is worth popularizing.
